CANCELLATION POLICY

MedscapeLIVE! is looking forward to your participation at our event, however, we do recognize that unforeseen circumstances may arise. In the event that you have registered for an upcoming event and are unable to attend, the following refund policies will apply.
 
Conference registrations cancelled within 60 days or more will be eligible for a full refund.
Registrations cancelled between 59 and 30 days of the event, will be subject to a 50% refund.
 
Registrations cancelled within 29 days of the event are not eligible for refunds, however, you may transfer your registration to a colleague, or apply your registration to a future event, less a $50 administrative fee.
 
Should you cancel your registration outright less than 29 days prior to the event, or do not attend the program, no refunds will be issued.

CANCELLATION POLICY FOR PRE-REGISTRANTS AUTOMATICALLY CONVERTED FROM LIVE TO VIRTUAL:

Registrants of the LIVE event will automatically be refunded the difference of the virtual registration fee and the live event registration fee originally paid. Refunds will be sent back to the original form of payment.
